Artist's Description
In the Mt. Evans Wilderness area, a band of bighorn sheep bathe in the last light. 'Consider the lillies ... Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.'' Luke 12:27. Welcome fellow travelers. Though originally from Illinois, Colorado has been home since 1959. Since, as a boy, I snapped my first photo, I have been captivated by the symphony of beauty, and intricate design which surrounds us. God is the composer, and this humble musician, my camera is my instrument, strives to do justice to His composition. If I have been successful, and to that end, I hope you enjoy your journey down my Colorado Trails. Please feel free to leave a comment or contact me at: jim3584@live.com. There is a ewe laying on the ridge, looking into the sunset, in the lower left quadrent, and several sheep in the shadows in the upper light quadrent, You can see their white backsides.

No, I sure didn't, and I still don't see them! Where should I be looking?
Jim Garrison
Thanks so much Barbara. Did you notice the bighorn sheep in the foreground?

Awesome photo, Jim. The sky alone is breathtaking, but the way the light is reflected on the rocks is exquisite! v/contest vote
