Taken below the summit of Mt. Evans, Colorado. ''Consider the lilies ... Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.'' Luke 12:27. Welcome fellow travelers. Though originally from Illinois, Colorado has been home since 1959. Since, as a boy, I snapped my first photo, I have been captivated by the symphony of beauty, and intricate design which surrounds us. God is the composer, and this humble musician, my camera is my instrument, strives to do justice to His composition. Jim, I was so impressed with this image that I made it my selection for discussion today in the Minimalism in Photography Group. I admire it not only technically, because you captured this with such finesse, but also because it has that Zen-like serenity that is so wonderful to view. It has that "WOW" factor as well, so I think that you hit the mark in many ways with this. Bravo, Jim!
